“My wife and I started looking for a home in the Nashville area from out of state in May of 2021. We connected with a realtor whom we thought would be able to advocate for us and shepherd us through the process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After three trips to the Nashville area, we became increasingly frustrated and contemplated abandoning our relocation plans. That is when we met Patrick Higgins.
