    Patrick Higgins is the founder and team leader of the Nashville Home Guru. Patrick spent a long career in marketing and advertising for restaurants, industrial products and consumer services. He moved to Nashville in 2011 and fell in love with city and its creative energy.

Opting out of his successful marketing career, Patrick started as a full time Realtor in 2014 to pursue a passion for client service and real estate.
