Gulch View Houses For Sale Downtown Nashville – Many Nashville residents consider “The Gulch” neighborhood as a place for condo buildings and that’s what it is. Many of Nashville’s best high-rise condo buildings like Twelve Twelve, The Icon, Terrazzo are located in The Gulch, but the South Gulch area has become a “hot spot” for new construction houses with outstanding views of Downtown Nashville.
2016 Yearly Update – A total of 28 Gulch houses sold for a median price of $585,000 with an average price per square foot of $278. The Gulch property stayed on the market for an average of 47 days. The most expensive “Gulch” new construction property (located at 1005 9th Avenue South) sold for $720,000 in November 2016. Just a heads up … there has been an influx of larger and more expensive properties to the Gulch neighborhood at the back end of 2016.
2015 Yearly Update – A total of five Gulch Houses sold for a median price of $575,000 with an average price per square foot of $276. The Gulch properties stayed on the market for an average of 27 days. The most expensive property (located at 1202 Sigler Street, Unit B) sold for $865,000 in August 2016.
