Harding Place Nashville TN | Homes From $75K to $7.5M

Harding Place Runs From Belle Meade to Nolensville Pike

Harding Place starts at Harding Pike on the Belle Meade side and runs east across Belle Meade Boulevard and Hillsboro Pike to Granny White Pike. There it changes name: the next stretch, to Franklin Pike, is Battery Lane, which has its own page. East of Franklin Pike the road is Harding Place again; it crosses I-65 and Nolensville Pike in ZIP 37211.

60 homes on Harding Place sold in the last three years, 14 of them in the last twelve months. Prices ran from $74,999 for a condo near Nolensville Pike to $7,500,000 for 3815 Harding Place in Forest Hills. That is three ZIP codes, three governments and three school assignment sets on one road name, and a road median would mean nothing, so this page prices it stretch by stretch.

Belle Meade Golf Links and the City of Belle Meade

The first blocks off Harding Pike, 218 to 280, are the Belle Meade Golf Links and Bransford Realty plats in ZIP 37205. They are Metro Nashville, not the City of Belle Meade. 7 houses sold, most built from 1927 to 1936. They sold for $850,000 to $1,870,000. The exception is 280 Harding Place, built in 2023 with 6,255 square feet, which sold for $3,950,000 in Apr 2026. All 7 closed under the asking price.

Past Belle Meade Boulevard the 4400 block sits inside the City of Belle Meade: 4403 Harding Place, a 1929 house, sold for $1,000,000 and a Stones Throw condo at 4402 for $749,000. For the city as a whole, see Belle Meade homes.

Green Hills and Forest Hills, Belle Meade Boulevard to Granny White

Between Belle Meade Boulevard and Hillsboro Pike, ZIP 37215, 14 homes sold at a $2,462,500 median. The odd-numbered side of the 3800 block, 3807, 3809 and 3815, sits inside the City of Forest Hills; the even side, 3804, 3810 and 3812, is Metro Nashville. 3815 Harding Place, a 2021 house on 2.45 acres in Forest Hills, was the top sale on the road at $7,500,000.

Most of the rest is new construction on split lots: two houses on one original lot, sold under a horizontal property regime. The four 2023 houses at 3810 and 3812 sold within eight weeks in the spring of 2024 for $2,500,000 to $2,750,000. 3809 Harding Place, a 1945 house on 0.89 acres, sold for $950,000 in May 2024 and $985,000 in Sep 2025.

East of Hillsboro Pike, in the Seven Hills and Green Hills blocks, three houses on lots of more than an acre sold for $1,150,000 to $3,300,000; two were built in 2023. See Seven Hills and Green Hills.

1960s Ranches and Condos Between I-65 and Nolensville Pike

In ZIP 37211 every sale on this page sat between I-65 and Nolensville Pike. 14 were houses built 1960 to 1963 in Battery Crest (the 500 block) and Caldwell Hall (the 600 and 700 blocks), on lots near a third of an acre, at $250,000 to $615,000 and a $419,950 median. 676 Harding Place sold twice: $479,900 in Sep 2024 and $505,000 in Aug 2025.

The other 20 were condos, the least expensive homes on the road. 441 Harding Place (1969) had 7 sales from $74,999 to $158,000, dues $255 to $350 a month. Caldwell Court at 550 Harding Place (1965) had 12 from $110,000 to $165,000, dues $172 to $294. One townhome at The Coach House, 523 Harding Place, sold for $230,000. It starts at Harding Pike near Belle Meade, crosses Belle Meade Boulevard and Hillsboro Pike, and becomes Battery Lane at Granny White Pike. It resumes as Harding Place at Franklin Pike and runs east across I-65 and Nolensville Pike.

Is Battery Lane the same road as Harding Place?

It is the stretch between Granny White Pike and Franklin Pike, under a different name. Its 17 sales are on the Battery Lane page and are not counted here.

On the 37211 stretch, often. 11 of the 14 houses there sold under $500,000, on lots near a third of an acre.

How does Patrick Higgins price a house on Harding Place?

Stretch first, then jurisdiction, then lot. 21 of the 26 sales west of Granny White closed under asking, and a split-lot new house and an original house on the same block can sell millions apart, so he compares only within the stretch.
